eCRF Instructions

At regular intervals, physicians record clinical findings in the HSR database. This enables long-term monitoring of disease activity and quality assurance of treatment.

At the same time, patients are asked about their disease activity and how it affects their daily life.

Patients enrolled in the HSR are invited by their physicians to attend regular follow-up visits, and the resulting data are stored in the registry.
